Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions might be subject to change without notice.

Order Minimums:
Our order minimum for wholesale is $50.00.  There are no item minimums as long as the financial minimum is met. 

Order Information Needed:
With every order we need current contact/address information, phone number, and a current resale number with every order. We also require an email address for any needed communication if at all possible.

Lead Times:
Lead times for wholesale will depend on the size of the order. Orders should be received by customers within two to three weeks of order placement. Very large orders, or orders with backordered items in them can take up to six weeks lead time.  If an ordered item is on back order you will be contacted and informed of the date the item is expected to be in stock once again, and given the option of shipping on most of you order with a wait on the back ordered item.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping is charged based on how much you order. There is a flat $5.00 handling fee added to every order.
We usually ship using USPS Priority Mail unless the customer prefers another option. Customers can always call us to discuss shipping options.

Payment Methods:
Accepted methods of payment include VISA, MASTERCARD, and paypal. Money orders, cashier's checks, and business checks will also be accepted, but must clear our bank before we ship. We are sorry but we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER at the present time.

Returns and Exchanges:
We stand behind all our products. If the customer is not happy with their order, they should contact us immediately upon receipt of the order to discuss returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 business days.
