Before deciding on using our lay away service Please read the following carefully.

1. Only items or a grouping of items with a value of $100.00 or more have the lay way option. If in doubt about whether your item or order qualifies email the studio. All lay away agreement will be conducted via email, then you will be invoiced on each of your payment periods via paypal.

2. Buyer must send a reply to an email stating they under stand the terms to the lay away plan of their choice. This email will be your contract with Briar Moon
3.Lay Away Payments are non refundable. So if you change your mind about the item, all payments, already made, are property of Briar Moon/Gina Marie.

4.Exceptions, Disclaimers:
If item is not paid for within the agreement period, buyer forfeits payments made and item...
I will make exceptions for the following:
hospitalization
death of a family member
severe illness of an immediate family member,
then more time can be added, to the contract allowing extra time, for the buyer ,to make the final payment. If payment is not received in the additional time allowed buyer forfeits all rights to item and payments already made.

5.There is a five percent service charge, per dollar amount, on all lay away items.

Payment Plans
4 weekly payments, till total is reached.
6 weekly payments, till total is reached.
2 monthly payments, till total is reached.
3 monthly payments until total is reached.

Not enough time email me "we might" be able work something better out for you!

Payments are due on Friday every week. If making two or three monthly payments, second payment due exactly one month, after the date, of the first payment. Third payment for 3 month plan is due exactly one month, after the date, of the second. You will be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis as applies.

Late Payments:Are subject to a service charge of $.25 cents per day, each day payment is late. So paying promptly, on time, is to your advantage.

You will be asked to reply to an email to briarmoon@briarmoon.com that states that you accept the payment terms of the lay away plan, and your choice of which plan you wish to use. This will be considered a legal binding contract between you and BM for a lay away purchase of said item.

Please remember to put your mailing address, along with the item description, i.e. (name of item), and your real legal name, in the comment box when sending your payments.

Briar Moon sends and receives its mail delivery in the afternoon between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. EST via a Star City US Post Office Mail Carrier.
