Licensing Information

General Information
Briar Moon offers several different types of tiers of licensing. There are packages for the digital resources that are suitable for the home crafter, to large manufacturers. Each package is priced according to the usage terms that have listed with each price. We also offer licensing packages for some of the art* in the galleries. These packages are also tiered in price to suit your purposes.

Each individual or business/company will be expected to enter into a legal licensing agreement between the licensor (Briar Moon Studio/Gina Marie) and the licensee (Buyer of license). This legally binding agreement will clearly spell out the terms of the licensing package you have purchased. You will be expected to abide by and fulfill these terms, or the licensing contract will be considered null and void.

What can you do with licensed products?

That depends on the type of license you purchase. You can purchase a license that allows you to use the purchased item. Make sure when you purchase your file and license that you the menu to choose which type of license you are purchasing for your use. Once your license is purchased and the file is downloaded the fun can begin.

Home ran small businesses might need a new eye catching label for new product, or maybe even art for packaging design. You can also purchase licenses by needed volume that will allow you to reproduce the image for such things as decoupage, embroidery, making decals, iron on transfers, etc. (*Please note that making and selling cross stitch patterns is not covered by any license at this time.)

You will have an option to purchase the usage license of your needs in the resoruces shop, and the gift shop. Please read the terms of each package carefully before you purchase. Purchasing a package enters you into a legally binding licensing agreement with Briar Moon Studio and Gina Marie.


Commissioning Art with Licensing

You can also combine a specially commissioned piece with licensing, or purchase an exclusive license for a specially commissioned piece. Please use the contact form to inquire about details. Only serious inquiries please.

    We have special licenses for the home business crafter. These licenses allow you to use art and resource design elements in your products for retail sale.
