Not at this time. Please be assured that online orders are protected with tight security. We run all our orders through either our CC processor, or via paypal.

Does Briar Moon Studio accept returns? TOP

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is not to your satisfaction. We take great pride in producing items of quality and we want our customers to be sastified with their experience with purchasing from the studio.

Return Terms:

1. All returns and exchanges must be made with 20 business day of the purchase. Your exchange will be made promptly. If your are making a return, your product price, will be refunded in full within three days of the studio recieving the item being returned.

2. Shipping and handling costs are non fundable.

How will my order ship, and how long will it take to reach me? TOP

Briar Moon Stduio uses US Priority Mail to ship all orders.
Once your order leaves our locations,
it takes about two, possibly three, business days to reach you.

For large orders or special needs shipping,
we might use Fed Ex or UPS, using which ever shipping service with the
lowest prices on the package to insure you recieve the lowest shipping price,
and these shipping places can take up to 7 business days for packages to reach their destination.
Additionally, items that are customized/special ordered may take a bit longer to reach you.
You must allow for production time, and the shipping time
it will take to reach you.

Briar Moon Studio tries to ship within one week of your order being placed.
Please feel free to email us to ask for a shipping status on your order if needed,
we will get back to ASP.

Do you sale products wholesale? TOP

Yes many of the products at Briar Moon can be purchased wholesale. Please see section on wholesale.

Please note: Not all of the products are avalible for wholesale. If if have a question about an item not listed with whole in our catalog please feel free to contact us. We can discuss whether or not Briar Moon can produce the item in question for you in a wholesale capacity. Upon occasstion we will out source wholesale extra large quantities via an outside manufacturer to assure quality and speed.

What are your wholesale lead times, min. and requirements? TOP

1. Each of the products that Briar Moon is producing in studio are carefully hand crafted and or assembled at the studio. Many are produced by the hands of the artist herself so lead times can slightly vary.

Lead times depend ont he size of the order. Our lead time for wholesale orders is four to six weeks for large orders, and around two to four weeks for smaller orders.

2. We have a wholesale order min. off $50.00 per order, and each whoesale order is subject to an extra handling fee of $5.00 per order.

3. Wholesalers must provide a TID# (tax identification number) or S.S.# (social security number), along with all the required contact information.

Do you have a gift registry? TOP
Yes we do just follow the links to regsiter and start a wish/registery list. This feature will help you keep track of items you wish to purchase, for yourself or as gifts for others.

There are some cool pictures here! Can I use them for my website, not-for-profit use, or projects? TOP
No! Quite simply each image is protected under copyright, and is subject to all laws and regulations pretaining to such.

What type of print will I recieve, and how is it packaged? TOP
Our prints are inkjet reproductions on quality acid free paper. They come packaged with an acid free cardboard mat backing, inside of individual acid free plastic sleeves for protection. Each print comes hand signed with a certificate of authenticity.

Can I use your work for my personal tattoo? TOP

Yes if you purchase the right from Enchanted Tattoos.

Note For Commercial Tattoo Artists: Please do not offer Gina Marie's work without express permission from the artist. Please send email if you would like more information about carring Gina Marie's work in your tattoo offerings. Licensing for tattoo artists is subject to terms and conditions listed in a licesing agreement.

Does Gina Marie make personal appearances? TOP
As a rule generally the answer is no. She does make acceptions and will accept invitations to appear if her time allows.

Gina Marie's work is avalible at several fine websites on the world wide web.

Does the artist accept commissions? TOP

Yes Gina Marie accepts six commissions a year. To see if there is a slot in the commission schedule please eamil the artist at her business email at: ginamarie@briarmoon.com

When you retain a commission please expect to work closely with the artist. Gina Marie likes to have a clear line of communication via email or phone with her commission clients.

Does the artist produce work for charity projects? TOP

Gina Marie will sometimes do work for charities and non-profits to use as prizes, logos, ect.

However due to time constraits she can not accept all such projects that come her way.

I am writing a book, will Gina Marie do my cover work for free for the exposure this will give her work? TOP

We are very sorry but Gina Marie does not have the time to work on projects such as this any more. Her time is simply blocked out and booked for every spare minute.

However she wishes you every success in your creative endevors. Creativity is to be applauded, and her lack of being able to spare the time to work on your cover should not discourage you. Check around the web there are hundreds of super artists out there that might be able to help you with your project.

Do you have lay away plans? TOP
Yes we do, but only ceratin items or grouping of items. Please see our lay away page by using the navigation links to the left side of this page. Clikcing on Lay Away Terms will lead you a page to learn about our lay away plans.

I want to download coloring pages are they really free? TOP

Yes they are free for your use within certain terms and conditions. Please read the Freebie Download Terms. You will find the link towards the bottom in the left side navigation bar.
